I just couldn't stop replaying the piece.
I am glad that Gabe has dedicated this piece to Cornel, a one time sax
player.
I remember my days when I started playing my dad's trumpet when I was in
college here in Goa. But then I always had a crush on saxaphone. Ultimately
I bought one 'alto' from my friend when I was sailing. It was tricky playing
the sax on the ship. Sometimes I had to go on the boat-deck to went my fury
into blowing wind into the sax when there were no hurricanes , tornadoes and
typhoons. Best part is my shipmates used to love the sound.
I am sure Cornel will have approved this send off.
