The dose of pessimism by Agnelo as against the cup of optimism by Arwin may
be just right and understandable.
The extent of this pessimism by Agnelo will be proved by the number of Goan
Politicos making dashing visits to the Gulf region supposedly on
invitations from the Gulf expatriates, for dances, weddings, birthday
parties , even christenenings and self-invitations for funerals.
:-)

Rolls(Arwin Mesquita)
Dear Arwin,
Do not be very optimistic of any sea change in Goan Politics by NRG’s
getting Voting Rights. The political corruption morass and sludge is
carried in tons and stash in Gulf countries.
I’m sorry if I have disappointed you but these are the hard realities of Goa
and Goans in Gulf.
