Which 'Desh' and what 'Prem' they are referring to? I 'Desh' they mean
India, since these chaps don RSS colours it has to be. I guess. Did India
exist 450 years ago? If they plan to undo Portuguese, Goa cannot be part of
India. India came into existence in 1947, 4 centuries after Portuguese
occupation of Goa. That means Goa was never part of India until its forceful
occupation by India.
Now, if their reference of 'Desh' and 'Prem' is Goa then undo anything and
everything the 'Portuguese' had done and left in Goa after 450 year of rule
And first thing First. FF's should stop receiving pension that they had been
getting by force since 1961 and in fact should return all the money that
they had received in the past. It is because of 'Portuguese' they get it.
So no 'Portuguese' no 'Money'
Change the Goa's Civil Code which is a Portuguese law that gives all Goans
(including RSS and BJP in Goa) undivided inheritance rights to Sons and
Daughter.
Demolish all the 'Portuguese' build houses, and first should be Raj Bhavan
then 'Camara' buildings in all towns, Marmagoa Port and the Old Goa Churches
etc.
Then a very pertinent question of 'evacuee property' but it should not be
Mayem but Dabolim and and all the illegally occupied land by Army and Navy
that includes Ilha de Anjediva.
Lastly revoke the 1974 treaty signed by Indian with Portugal if RSS and BJP
sponsored DNS feels humiliated by the Portuguese Rule in Goa. Goa had not
experienced events like Jallianwala Bagh in Goa to condemn Portuguese.
India had many events like Jallianwala Bagh yet had written its constitution
in the same colonial language and runs its day to day administration in the
very same colonial language 'ENGLISH'.
Goans had lived as part of Portugal for 450 years much longer then they
lived with India. The Indian Prime Minister, Nehru hAD himself had admitted
that Goans had a different culture than that of rest of India. RSS and BJP
sponsored DNS is playing vote bank politics nothing much in it.
If RSS and BJP sponsored DNS want to turn the clock in the annals of history
books then they have to go back to their mother womb and be born again!
