Litigating and relitigating the Goan Portuguese experience, while quite
important, seems to be consuming very valuable time from our best and brightest.
How about addressing the issue of population explosion in Goa: In 1961 there
were about 350,000 people in Goa . Today by the best estimate there must be at
least 1,350,000 people in Goa. By 2020 there could easily be 10,000,000 people.
Would be good to know that this issue is being addressed by the
Goan intelligentsia.
