Alas, the good doctor again has "no idea" but I am happy to illuminate. Not only have I photographed a lot in these states, I have also met the priests and the temple officials there. Now since Dr. Helekar's basic premise has turned out to be false, we are impelled to trash his entire response (in keeping with the scientific method). It must be conceded however that I am not endowed with the gift of drafting a "practical solutions" manual for Goa without breaking a sweat and without stepping away from a Google-enabled keyboard. Instead, I have had to rely on more basic methods, of actually stepping into the real world and finding things out for myself, gathering evidence the hard way, and so on.
