First Class boroup tujem !! As a kid, I too lived (but for a very short time) in Dhobitalao, at St.Peter's Club of Orda, situated at Chandanwady. I did not know the history behind the name and why it was called "Dhobitalao", but now I do, after reading your writeup. Some of the landmarks are still in my mind, the ones you remembered and wrote about, so carefully.
It has been very refreshing the times of the past and the places you had been to, specially when someone writes with all the minute details.
