Roland is right in saying that Timothy was a violent. If I remember he rose from being a waiter to owning restaurants. Once he was drunk and got abusive against the Snowflake family. He threatened them. I happened to be in the restaurant. I went to the Princess St. Police Station and asked them to accompany me. I knew some officers here. They knocked at his door and seeing these unknown faces he lifted a stick against them. One of the officers pulled his gun but then Timothy calmed down. He was literally dragged from his home across the restaurant floor. His pants almost came off. I later asked the officer what happened and he said that had Timothy struck him he would have shot him. The area came under the police jurisdiction of the Azad Maidan Police Station and he knew all the officers there, obvious paying "hafta" to run his illegal booze joints. The police chief here was an Anglo-Indian, tall and heavy. I forget his name but I knew him well. There were stories that Timothy supplied his "mistresses" to him. I deliberately called the cops from the Princess St police station. He never knew that I was the person who called the cops. He would talk to me now and then. He had two restaurants in the area, and I ate at both of them. If JC must know, I NEVER drank at his joints. He had a girlfriend, a Mangalorean, who he ditched. She used to come to Joe's tailoring shop. I knew her and would talk to her. I was in my youth. She was goodlooking, much better than his legal (assuming it was) wife. I was told that he warned her not to come into the area but she wasn't scared.

On behalf of JC and without his permission, I ask myself. Did mentioning all the above help goanetters? How did I know that Timothy supplied his mistresses to the Azad Maidon police boss? What do I gain by "defaming" an "honourable" sould like Timothy who is dead and, hence, cannot defend himself against my "charges"? Will the "honourable" advocate JC defending this man?
