40 CHORS of Goa have a D-day nearby. The election. They know how to fool people for a few days or months, make the people vote for them again and then Rape Goa for another 5 years. Closer to the elections, 40 chors try to divert the attention of the educated people to pseudo intellectual issues like Medium of Instruction and MAKE PEOPLE FORGET THE RAPE OF GOA, which the 40 chors presided over in the last 4 years. The agents of these 40 chors (one can identify them easily in English, Konkani and Marathi camps) initiate the agitations and the educated easily fall prey. Even the highly educated people, busy in his daily routine, are not able to see through these designs. Result: The educated (so called?) get bogged down to issues, that are not detrimental to the electoral prospects of the 40 chors. They are made to forget the Rape of Goa and therefore put their resolve (Dump 40 chors into the seas) on the back burner. The 40 chors at this stage have won half the election. Once the educated are in their intellectual trance, the 40 chors are free to distribute largesses to masses. Fortnight before the election, they drouse the bottom of the pyramid with soro-chicken-cash and get themselves reinstated. It is only after this, that the so called educated wake up. Ashamed of accepting that they were foxed, they blame it on the soro-chicken-cash lust of the masses and try to obsolve themselves of the responsibilities of bringing the 40 chors back to power and allowing them to Rape Goa for another 5-year term. A humble request to all educated: Do not get fooled by issues that divert the attention from the RAPE OF GOA. Do not diviate from the DUMP 40 CHORS resolve, which you nurtured last 4 years.
