I agree with you. When there's so much of a potential to promote Konkani online (and a real chance for both Romi and Devanagari campaigners to test the accuracy of their own respective logic and counter-claims) all one finds is complaining and criticism and hand-wringing about the situation. We do need more positive initiatives happening.
