Educational development in Goa Educational development in Goa During my school days,if one couldn't write Roman alphabets/Numbers the same couldn't switch over to 1st standard but with the present situation one could be promoted till 8th standard.Feeling sorry for the sorry state of education in Goa but can't help because the people in power knows the best.Hope Shashikala Kakodkar and company are aware of the same.
