I was watching Goa's Cable TV Channel 'Goa Mara'
The interview was with Manohar Parrikar, the leader of the Opposition.
The context was the Bali unrest ( extreme South Goa) where a lot of burning
and damages reported including at least two deaths by willful burning, loss
of property and injuries galore, including the colluding with Goons police
force of GOA..
Manohar Parrikar has gone on record of advising the government that if it is
not careful, the situation in Goa will promote naxalism.
A few years ago, it was Manohar Parrikar who named Sebastian Rodrigues of
Siolim, a life member of Goa Su-Raj Party, a naxalite, in connivance of
Audhoot Timblo and his then pimp Sujay Gupta ( who was then working for him
and his cable tv netnork- Prudent and has since moved on to HERALD ).
Sebastian Rodrigues got saved from incarceration for being a naxalite (
fighting with the people suffering from injustices from the mining
operations at Cavrem/Colomb, just because he happened to be a member of Goa
Su-Raj Party ( a fact that Seby himself realized) , where the undersigned
publicly declared at the TB Cunha Hall that if anyone touched Sebastian
Rodrigues, I would publicly cut Manohar Parrikar's throat with a rendrachi
coiti ( the chopper used by GOA's toddy-tappers) which is an abundant tool
for Goa's naxalism. That, if Seby was a naxalite, then the undersigned was
the grandfather of the to be naxalites of Goa.
Times have changed and Manohar Parrikar has forgotten his doings. BUT WE AT
GOASURAJ HAVE NOT.
Let him not open his gobb aka mouth too much before checking out what all
he has said previously on the subject. Because most often it is
diametrically opposite.
A curse on leaders who fail to be consistent in what they do and what they
say, over a period of time.

GOA urgently needs 'GOOD, HONEST, DISCIPLINED SYSTEM of GOVERNANCE'.
Wherein, even a dishonest person is forced to be good, honest n disciplined,
or to QUIT.
Only through PPS can such 'good, honest n disciplined system of governance'
be identified and accepted.
