COMMENT: After reading the above referenced article and Gabe's comment, I intend to buy a new dictionary. There must be some new meanings to the following words/phrases; meanings which I have missed: a: Harassment + who is a harasser? b: Trespass c: Assault jc ps: I am quite happy to expect an obfuscation in response to my post. I'd suggest to myself that I should stick to the facts of this case and not get distracted by another potential but non-existent case. For, as far as I know, there are NO grounds to justify trespass. The expected and recurrent obfuscation having been noted.
