Dr. Ferdinando dos Reis Falcão [email protected] 1: If there was a complaint of assault; jc as a doctor should know that it would be a medico-legal case. Was there any medical report of assault? Was any government doctor brought in as prosecution witness to testify assault? 2: JC, in India they still follow British legal system; what Legal system do they follow in Barbados where you claim to have done Law? Do they have legal procedures?
RESPONSE: Thank you Dr. Falcao. The above comments are quite distinguished by their exquisite lack of knowledge. As you claim that in India they still follow the British Legal system (which I disagree that they do), I suggest that you (when you have the time) look up the 'legal' definition of the term 'assault'. I do know that Barbados is called 'little England' ...What I did not know is that anyone with law degrees from Universities in the England would be classified by anyone (sensible) as 'having done law in Barbados'. Have a good day. jc ps: I have intentionally ignore responding to tripe and overt prejudice posts.
