I have always called (and shall call) a 'SPADE' a 'SPADE'
As such, I have no hesitation whatsoever in saying that what has been said in this post, a 'SPADE'

I have always maintained that the IPC et al has all the ingredients of exacting appropriate punishments for all wrong-doings. It is only that the WILL is missing or diluted, to see us looking for better and more stringent laws which may be just a mirage.

One, according to me, has to cook with the utensils one has at hand, rather than hallucinate about those that are displayed in the shops and showrooms and die of hunger.

Please permit me to congratulate Soter on his succint analyses of the "fashionable" and "scheming" set of people who constantly are at work trying to pull wool over the eyes of the common citizen by keeping the attention and valencies of the common citizen focussed on the PIE in the SKY which they promise will accrue to them BY & BY, if they only could have a LOKPAL BILL/ACT.

The answer my friends does not lie in passing new legislation at the drop of a hat, but in implementing and enforcing existing law which is the congealed WILL of THE CITIZENS OF INDIA.

As the Mahatma said " LET US BE THE CHANGE WE WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD"
