With the singing of C Alvares Sam Joao song along with newly married couples St Mary's Goan Community of Dubai, with Goan brothers and sisters celebrated fun filled San Joao's traditional Feast day at Ramee Royal Hotel in Dubai. The fun started at 12 o'clock with the traditional Procession singing to the tune of Viva Sao Joao and Jumping in the pool. Then with the rain dance. The young and the old enjoyed the fun filled feast day untill 6 o'clock evening. Guessing the correct weight of the Ponnos, Gabriel Pinto from Pomburpha, won 7-1/2kg Jack Fruit. There were lot of other games too.... It was a fun filled evening to all the Goan leaving in Dubai...
