I have some questions on the very unclear material appended below:

1. Who are the minorities in Goa? What is the percentage of the Goan population
below which a group needs to fall to qualify as a minority?

2. Who are the "we" referred to below? Are they politicians, political
activists or members of a political party? If so, which party and which
ideology? Is Soter a leader/representative of this organization/party?

3. If they don't want to generalize the malaise, why do they fear that some
kind of cancer will spread? What is the difference between malaise and cancer?

4. Does what is written below by Soter and Marshall constitute as an attempt to
destroy the credibility of a messenger while ignoring the message? In
particular, does the following quote from Marshall accomplish this political
objective?

"This helps them to portray themselves as secular minded while harbouring
communal ideologies/sympathies."
....Marshall Mendonza

Cheers,

Santosh
