Detecting the location of the original treaty of surrender can wait. Goa's freedom fighters are busy saving their mother's tongue, a forked tongue of marathi and konkani. They are more concerned that the Portuguese will run off with the forked tongue to preserve it in their museums. After all there is no Mother in any State of this Indian Union which has a forked tongue like the one in Goa. Many of them have surrendered to fascism to save their forked mother tongue.
