There are people who rescue animals even by loopholes in the Law. Are there people who will rescue humans from atrocities like those on Cipriano Fernandes, Chandru Gawas, Scarlett Eden Keeling, etc.? Is the Indian Constitution of the Animals, by the Animals and for the Animals??
