Foundation stone laid 13th March 2008 Inaugurated (incompete bridge?) on 25th Feb.2011 With much funfare including imported beer Carlsberg for all Where all these money come from? Btw, what’s 10% of Rs.1100,00,000 ? Another one 620 meter long also to come up Assolna-Cavelossim costing over Rs.55 crore, one can expect Dom Perignon champagne and Black Label whisky at the time of inauguration which is likely just before the coming general elections in 2012. And 5 months on, it (Telaulim bridge) still appear incomplete I wonder what was it's state during February last.
