Shameless State governments is only what I can say. Specially the Karnataka government who has had many cases wherein the High Court had to intervene in their unconstitutional agenda.
Our Goa State too does not lag far behind, albeit not so brash.
I do appreciate Dr. Anil’s open stand on the issue, but regret the
silence of the others.
