OR Does it further ensure that the allegedly 'the poor and downtrodden child' - continues to be tagged for another extended period of time? IF the real concern was for the 'the poor and downtrodden child', Could the public drama have been avoided? Has the public drama helped the 'prosecution' of the case of alleged molestation? How has the repeated public drama which led to the identification of the alleged victim, helped her or her future prospects? OR .....for that matter, the young German girl whose name was also publicly identified (repeatedly) by her mother's lawyer. Is it as easy as that? Are these 'the poor and downtrodden' children mere pawns in the games that the unscrupulous play? is it OK that lawyers can plaster their names repeatedly, all over the press and cyberia ......and then just simply walk away with the excuse (as with the German girl) that "I am no longer her lawyer"?
