1-Does THIS case, whatever the lateral movements, " bring justice to the poor and downtrodden child who was allegedly molested on Christmas eve" ? OR Does it further ensure that the allegedly 'the poor and downtrodden child' - continues to be tagged for another extended period of time? RES : If the case was hushed up as was intended by the evil powers, would the child be UNTAGGED? 2-IF the real concern was for the 'the poor and downtrodden child', Could the public drama have been avoided? RES : It is the prerogative of the Judge to hear the case ‘in camera.’ 3-Has the public drama helped the 'prosecution' of the case of alleged molestation? RES : In India the Judge can take cognizance of a criminal act recorded under Oath and Order to chargesheet of the accused and abettors of a crime. Don’t know about primitive Bahamian Laws. 4-How has the repeated public drama which led to the identification of the alleged victim, helped her or her future prospects? OR .....for that matter, the young German girl whose name was also publicly identified (repeatedly) by her mother's lawyer. RES: Was jc present when the lawyer “publicly identified”? Was it an ‘identity parade’? The Courts have reprimanded the media as the Law forbids PUBLISHING of the name and identity of a minor. I would advise Dr. Jose Colaso alias jc to refrain from discussing legal matters until he is aware of Laws of the country. Mere ideas or delusions of knowing Law from some primeval school of Law and putting your foot in the mouth, is not very pleasant I presume; or is it? Dr. Ferdinando dos Reis Falcão.
