How about separate traffic cops for 4 legged? The problem of stray cattle on the road is worsinging day by day. and I am not just talking about the main roads and Highways, it's all over, from Canacona to Pernem and from Ponda to Mormugao.
Coming to Margao, the Commercial Capital of Goa, don't know what the authority doing about it. It's all over the City - Most cattle found at the same fixed spots everyday in the middle of the road. If this is the situation in the city, what's the situation in the other roads? Has anybody taking this seriously?
