COMMENT : Margao, the Commercial Capital of Goa have brilliant ‘city fathers’. They are busy enacting a Law to ban pigs in Margao. Anyone knows why? Cattle and canines are protected citizens, they regulate the traffic. Has anyone seen pigs roaming the streets in Margao? But it seems JoeGoaUK couldn’t get a picture of a single one? Not even the two legged ones. Dr. Ferdinando dos Reis Falcão.
