COMMENT: That is one way of looking at it. Another is to try ascertain if the "folks" have been fair and equitable with Gabe and his wife (Lily). It appears that they may not have been. And then, there is the question of "funds" that might be owed to Gabe and Lily. Even if the funds owed (with interest) are not significant - and I have reason to believe that they are (Somebody please correct me), a debt owed must be cleared. Generically speaking, until such time as a debt owed is cleared, the Theft Act (1968) as amended, is effective....in the England and Wales. jc
