Anna Arrests the Govt. The police agreed that his arrest was under order or instructions For the first time Anna has been arrested without committing the offence .His intentions were sufficient to the autocratic UPA to derail his peaceful protest It is an emergency situations unprecedented in the history of resurgent India The restrictions imposed on peaceful fast also are for the first time TheUPA has committed a blunder as can be seen by sea of humanity pouring out in every part of India not withstanding the reverberation felt in many parts of the world where Indians reside. The reaction and support is spontaneous and self directed Congress is not UPA to take this decision without consulting the other partners, There is no indication that their partners are in agreement Did the Govt or the Delhi police seek legal opinion for their undemocratic actions It is poor idea to take shelter under legal provisions for this mass uprising The so called supremacy of the parliament appears to be in isolation and vacuum, unrelated to the voice of the people who sent them any laws made by the parliament must take the aspiration and concerns of the people whom they represent Anna is not demanding that only his bill be considered but a strong lokpal bill insuring that all actors of corruption be brought within its purview There is vilification campaign to assassinate his character and integrity and is absolutely in bad taste What prevents the Parliament discussing all aspects and discarding what is not agreeable The UPA has agreed to social activists participation in deciding bill at preliminary stage and there is no provision in the Parliamentary rules They have been forced to introduced the bill under pressure after being in limbo for 42 years. The magnitude of corruptions and UPA attempts to cover up is most disgusting and damning The sea of humanity consists of people of all shades professions,ages have unequivocally extended support.
