This for the benefit of the auto industry floor sweeper (ex Goanetter) who had stated that interest rates in the USA were never higher than mid teens. Incidentally that Goanetter was not the only one kicked out and off Goanet; there was one before him, who was from Toronto, Canada who went to repose in Cascais Portugal.
