COMMENT : One more way they loot has been not cited. I know of a doctor in Andheri (West) who extorts money from candidates who are referred by Companies for fitness. I have even Complained to The Indian Medical Council two years back through a registered letter with all evidence and details; but have never got any communication back from the Medical Council.
