COMMENT : IAC ? At least in Goa the IAC is unaware what ‘corruption’ means. They are "literate" people. They believe that corruption means bribes, nothing else. What they are doing in Goa, corrupting young minds from selective schools by diverting their duties as students and exploiting them is neither illegal not corrupt practice. As far as IMA goes, the judiciary as well as some doctors by vocation have been keeping a watchful eye.
