Folks, Not only would the treatment be free but Eugene would write every excruciating detail about his experience and any cracks in the Ontario medical system would be exposed. The next thing you know is that all those inefficiencies get ironed out and the medical system runs better.. The bigger question though is why any citizen would standby and allow their politicians to waste the bulk of their taxes on 'defense' and especially so when the tax payers are unable to get even minimum medical coverage from the state.
