RESPONSE: re 1: No re 2: Can Happen; However, no lawyer worth his/her salt will likely file the case on behalf of that 'someone'. re 3: True re 4: One key element missing for case to go to trial A more palusible situation: One of libel or potential libel in some of the posts.
