I fully support and endorse what Roland has written in his below post. It
appears many are jealous of others' success and have a crab mentality. We
should learn to appreciate and accept if someone wants to be anonymous and
mind our own business. Joe's posts make us feel as though we are in Goa and
not away from it. He is spending his precious time and money out of a hobby
that he enjoys and we are all grateful to him. I am sure most Goans have their
best wishes for him. May you be blessed with good health and happiness.

Subject: Re: [Goanet] What have I done to you?

Dear JoeGoaUK,

This is a time to remember that we cannot control other people or events that
place us center-stage. The best we can do is to control our reaction to
whatever affects us.

I cannot feel the pain you do but would like to tell you that things have a
habit of sorting themselves out.

Meanwhile it would do you much good to know that there are many, many people
like myself who are grateful for the time and energy you spend at a huge cost
to yourself to allow us to enjoy the fruits of your efforts on Goanet and
elsewhere. You let us be in Goa without going there whether to remind us that
it has become a really stinky place or to show us that paradise is not yet lost.

Peace my brother and let all our good wishes give you the comfort you richly
deserve.

Regards,
Roland.
Toronto.
