Dear Fred,
The process of finalising the Regional Plan 2021 has become mired in
controversy.
As you may be aware the Chief Minister of Goa has given until 5th December
to point out 'anomalities' in the respective village plans. In order to do
this villagers need to have access to their respective village plans.
In this respect some of us have compiled village plans which can be
downloaded from the net www.goafiles.com
There are still some village plans/maps that are missing but this is a
start so villagers can begin checking their plans. There isn't much time.
Would appreciate if you could publicise the website on your mailing groups
