level. He'll even call you long-distance to argue a grammatical error. But like
all good socialist, while sipping on champagne (or in Frederick's case chai)
and discussing the finer points of Karl Marx, they will insist that the
subaltern or underdog's life (in other words the dog that's under them) should
be "pissful."
