Children’s Tiatr Festival to Begin Today
2nd Children’s Tiatr Festival organized by Tiatr Academy Goa will
commence today (29/11/2011) at the ‘Little Field’, Open Air Auditorium,
near the office of Electricity Department, Taleigao Goa at 7:00 pm
sharp. Child artiste Shayna Britto will inaugurate the festival by
lighting the traditional lamp. Fr. Conceicao D’Silva, Parish Priest of
Taleigao Church, will be the Chief Guest on the occasion.
This will be followed with the presentation of the first tiatr of the
festival ‘Oxench Cholta’, written and directed by Efifanio Mendes. Other
tiatrs will be staged as follows:

The Award Presentation Function will be take place on 12th December 2011
at 3:30 pm at the Black Box, Kala Academy, Panjim.
There are no tickets and the entrance is free.
All tiatr lovers are requested to witness the tiatrs and encourage the
children for their performance.
