Allow me, please to classify your post as a 50:50
wrt your points (itemised by me supra)
I agree with #1 and #3
I disagree with #2. Even the Portuguese from Portugal will laugh at
that contention.
Your point #4 makes as much sense as the English transliteration of
the Konkani phrase 'Portencch Bhollem' i.e. Upside down filled up. But
then, you did state that post-1961 education in Goa was kind of
substandard. Hence, I understand.
