The Public Diplomacy Division of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
has launched a global initiative called the 'India Is' Video Challenge
and they have invited the world to participate.
"...Don't worry if you're not a professional filmmaker, photographer or
even an avid traveler who has explored the last of India's little
by-lanes. As long as you're equipped with a camera, the passion to tell
a great story, and the willingness to share your film with a global
audience, you're ready to roll..."
