Dear Rose, Thanks mucho for that very kind invite. Well, if Melvyn
agrees to Rajan's favourite Ritz Bar (no, indeed not the Classic) then
consider it a deal and I'll book the table or half! Needless to say,
as I'm very Dutch (masquerading as Goan), the only other rider is: M
will have to pay his own bill and I will not allow him to pay mine.

PS: Mum's would remind me too much of Ms Olga Martins, with whom we've
shared a lot of food albeit of the *sarkari* tour kind during her days
as an information officer at the Department of Information, Government
of Goa, where us journos were then embedded.
