Hmmm ... interesting.

  I should add, as early as 1834 (Bernardo Peres da Silva of Neura). Francisco 
Luis Gomes would represent Goa at the Portuguese Courts from 1861 to 1869. 

2) "Is she aware that when I was last in Portugal, before this revolution, the 
representative of Goa was then sitting in the Portuguese Council?" (Baroness 
EMMET of AMBERLEY)

Would this be Narana Coissoró? or Purxotoma Quenim?
