Office of the District Magistrate Magisterial Branch North Goa District Panaji Dated: 22/02/2012 PUBLIC NOTICE WHEREAS, the Government vide Order No. MISC/HD(G)/2012 dated 18/2/2012 has appointed the Collector & District Magistrate North Goa to conduct Magisterial inquiry into the tragic incident that happened on 18/2/2012 at Carona / Calvim ferry point, Aldona wherein one passenger bus went into the river resulting in the death of six persons. Therefore, the Collector and District Magistrate North Goa invites any public or person having any material or evidence, oral or written in connection with the incident that took place at Carona / Calvim, Aldona to be submitted to him to conduct the inquiry. Any suggestions may also be submitted. The District Collector will be available to any person from 24/2/2012 to 27/2/2012 from 10.30am - 01.30pm excluding Sunday in his office at Panaji for submitting evidence. Sd/- (R.
