Thanx Rico for the lovely details.
Helps me from yonder to touch base. Looks like there was great
disenchantment with the Congress. And why not??? Arrogance will always
have a mighty fall. Parrikar though would have to really come out true
between his cosmetic and real engineering. Let's c. My hunch is with the
BJP not cutting any ice with its mandir -- masjid issue, the party will be
a pale shadow of its right wing ideology. It will be the economy and of
course, a phase wise rooting out of corruption. Lot's on journos table.

These figures, giving details of votes
cast for different candidates in the Goa
2012 assembly election, offer a hint
of how the BJP managed to win some
of its seats, and results yielded
by the strategic placing of
certain candidates that split the vote.
