The Bondvoll Lake at Santa Cruz the only treasure trove of this village that she can boast of is in imminent danger. The forest cover, trees around the place have been cut and destroyed and the land above the lake has been made into plots. Now if the politicians wanted to protect this lake as they so claimed in their manifestos why development around this lake wasn't stopped? And if development did take place under their rule who received the kick backs?
