Comments:
Ordinarily, GSRP would suggest that Mauvin chooses a well in MOIRA, cause
they are the deepest, some 80 to 90 feet deep. But on second thought, should
the other 3 too decide to follow suit, MOIRA's clean ground water table
would be polluted to no end, just like the CONGRESS is. Therefore the offer
is withdrawn.

" COLVA VP CANDIDATES ALLEGE FRAUD, DEMAND RECOUNTING"
[A source in state election commission office stated that the candidates
were asked to contact the taluka observers if they had any complaints. The
source said there is no remedy to the problem now as the ballot boxes have
been sealed]
Comments:
Frauds, murders, investigations ... There have been umpteen cases where even
graves have been opened and bodies exhumed. It is difficult to understand
how in a DEMOCRACY, a ballot box or boxes cannot be un-sealed.
Talking about DEMOCRACY: Moira Panchayat Elections-2012 have put neigbours
against neighbours. One such aspiring candidate lost by just one vote. The
suspicion is directed towards the good, friendly neighbour ( whose name,
btw, was fraudulently transferred to another ward in the fraudulent
de-limitation of wards exercise) and remarks such as " MAKA TENCHEM TOND
PURIAN POUCHEAK LOZ DISTA" ... translation: " I FEEL ASHAMED EVEN TO LOOK AT
THEIR FACES" are the order of the day. To add insult to injury, such
comments come from members of the defeated 'Church' sponsored panel. The
