Mogal Soter,

I was about to reveal that I had heard a rumor about 'Whu' would be replacing
Jindal-bab at GMC. But, I am not one to reveal what I hear 'konfidenssially' by
way of rumors. And NO, ancho o senhor Anvilho de Sa from Inglaterra did not
figure in the rumor.

Allow me, please to put forth a few points for your attention:

1: interesting that Soter critiques the ' politicians who become medical
experts' while Soter talks in terms one expects to hear from Intensivists and
Neurologists.

2: I wonder how much Aires knows about 'Public Health care' in general, and
about role of the Dean in the running of the "care" part of the Hospital. Based
on what he knows, would Aires state that the HOSPITAL is running well? Is it
clean? Are there allegations of Negligence ani "ghuspott" wrt admissions to
hospital which should have been dealt with? What is it that Jindal offers as a
Dean which cannot be offered by someone else? Besides, what do University rules
have to do with an Administrative post such as the Dean of GMC?

There are some outstanding issues:

3: when did Aires first realize that the BJP was communal?

4: when was the last time that Aires met with the Goa BJP
leadership/representative, and for what purpose?

5: was the BJP any more/less communal when Aires actively canvassed for it,
than it is now?

jc

ps: Be advised that JC or JAC (but not JCC) believes that Manohar Parrikar is
the best person to be CM at this moment. If anyone knows of a better person,
please advise. Please remember to ONLY include names of individuals who have
been elected by the voters.

JC/JAC believes that the Bhojje Pee and the Kangress in Goa are two sides of
the same coin. One side is rusted, the other is crusted.

Based on what I know of the dentist who recently converted, he is UNLIKELY to
have taken his "followers" with him to the BJP. The converse is the more likely
scenario. Should JC/JAC not know that for a fact?

(;-)
