Fried or boiled? From my point of view, the former is more likely to cause the cardiac issues than the latter. From observations, my dad, a daily fried-egg eater had heart issues at 64; my uncle, a daily boiled-egg (currried) eater, lived nearly to ninety without any cardiac issues. I may be wrong. Doctors on this forum may have a different view. Gabriel.
