The different type of fruit that grows in Goa-Karwar amazes me. With all the 'development', some of the fruit has disappeared (like the summer berries...only kaanda, chunnam are around.. http://www.flickr.com/photos/projectedgar/7009170077/in/photostream/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/projectedgar/7086493477/in/photostream/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/projectedgar/4825039208/in/photostream/
The decorative kaanda or sour cherries...great for chutneys..(so much trouble to have these around) http://www.flickr.com/photos/projectedgar/6552959669/in/photostream/ there are two others that are no longer around). May have stumbled on one such tree growing in Raia, behind the cemetary. Unfortunately, did not take a picture..this is the general area... http://www.flickr.com/photos/projectedgar/6974493688/in/photostream Think Joe_Goa has identified these strange fruit from around the hills of Cuelim, http://www.flickr.com/photos/projectedgar/6961010854/in/photostream/ Figs from a certain GoaN*tters casa in Borda, Margao (plucked when then old chap siestaing)... http://www.flickr.com/photos/fotoart/5447289930/in/photostream/ Pure eye candy.....from the Margao Garden market...these are common...kept this picture taken in a hurry cause of the interest from people from all over....... http://www.flickr.com/photos/projectedgar/5558429007/in/photostream On Tue, Aug 21, 2012 at 7:41 AM, Gabe Menezes <gabe.mene...@gmail.com> wrote: > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8-JmO5Mu-U > > -- > DEV BOREM KORUM > > Gabe Menezes.
