All I remember is that I played bat and catch practice with Siddartha behind the Panjim Gymkhana a couple of times (70's) while JC would take a swipe on the matted pitch on the other side. Siddartha used to roam about in a Buick probably financed by the Zuanagri Chemicals. The details of the gun shot are very dodgy. Conspiracy theorists blame it on a family feud. I thought a gun shot in a pant pocket would strike the jewels. I am not forensic, just thinking. BC
Fair enough. You're right on this. The Red-and-Black Dance is held during Carnival not *prior to* (as I put it). But it couldn't be on the "eve of Liberation Day" as mentioned in the link below, right? Could someone fill us in as to when the Red & Black Dance started at Clube Nacional?
