The Bandodkar episode was like a sad soap opera. The news not only appeared in
Current but used to make the fornt pages of the Indian Express. In those days
there was no TV. There was an other high flying case of the Bandecar's which
hardly made the news.

All I remember is that I played bat and catch practice with Siddartha behind
the Panjim Gymkhana a couple of times (70's) while JC would take a swipe on the
matted pitch on the other side.?Siddartha used to roam about in a Buick
probably financed by the Zuanagri Chemicals. The details of the gun shot are
very dodgy. Conspiracy theorists blame it on a family feud. I thought a gun
shot in a pant pocket would strike the jewels.?I am not forensic, just thinking.
