There was optimism for Goa's future in March when CM Parrikar was elected, but his casino policy, MOPA airport policy has brought some disillusionment. His mining and mega-projects policies are also troubling. Will Parrikar last a full-term as CM? Is Goa doomed by the corrupt mining and building industries?
