Deaths on roads /Tracks on the rise

My heart cries when I read on loss of lives under tragic circumstances 
including suicides.

Imagine the pain of the victims family and their near and dear ones.

Note: 
Deaths on Indian Railways tracks become Rly Police case.
They fine the victims dead or alive heavily. Some says upto 40,000.
 You can’t claim the dead body unless you pay the fine or penalty. 
Rules also apply to livestock e.g.Stray cattle
Under railway rules, crossing or walking along the tracks treated as 
trespassers and may face a term of six months in jail and have to pay a fine of 
Rs 1,000
 
When we were kids /teens, we walk along the meter gauge tracks 
(now broad guage) from Majorda to Cansaulim and sometimes upto to Birla 
/Sankval 'Derodde' spring, now the 'zor' don't exists?
Those days, there were only about 4 (8 up&Down)Pax. trains during day trime 
of which 3 were local
